One good thing about drinking coffee so heavily doped it's basically a candybar in a cup with some vaguely stimulant-ish properties: if you spill some on your white sweater and it takes a while to get to the sink to clean it off, it doesn't really leave a mark.

Yes, I am a caffiend, and yes, I disrespect coffee enough to alter its contents greatly before drinking it. I don't like black coffee. I don't like black coffee with sugar in. I like my coffee cold, full of ice, and with plenty of sugar dumped in, and no that is not how I like my men, unless you count the North Korean villain in Die Another Day. And even he only met the 'cold' and 'full of ice' requirements.

I deeply enjoy foo-foo coffee-flavoured sugar drinks such as the white mocha. I don't consider them coffee so much as dessert, but they are delightful. Ordinary boring old coffee needs to contain cream in large amounts but no sugar.

I prefer mine hot, but I also sweeten it within an inch of its life and add vanilla, if available. Which has bewildered and amused any number of black-coffee purists I've known in my life. My husband gets cognitive dissonance ever time I go for coffee and come back with something that looks and smells like hot chocolate to him. XD

The only coffee I've found that I can drink black is real Kona coffee...preferably at a coffee plantation near Kona :-)
(No joke...the SO had to bodily DRAG me out of Greenwell Farms when we were on the big island this summer)

Everything else, yeh...sugar and too much creamer.
