For the first time in my life I bought summat that might conceivably be seen in the SkyMall catalog they put on airplanes. It's a Brookstone massage chair thingy. You're supposed to plug it in and then sit up in bed with it at your back. It does heat and massage and has a spot to put a drinking glass and a pocket for magazines.

Trying to shop at lunchtime is a nightmare, especially when you don't know what to get because the target is someone who says they want the family to get together for dinner when you ask what gift they want. Next year I might just go straight to the SkyMall catalog at step one and get a remote controlled blimp.

The problem with the RC blimps is they are for indoor use only and where's the fun in that -- unless there is an animal to torment.
