Boss seems to think that if I have my procedures written down, and if I have a few other things wrapped up, I should be able to take two weeks of vacation and go where the Red Cross needs me. Should know by end of day.

To use a phrase which I have used before, further bulletins as events warrant.

I really really really want to go. I don't know if they're still going to need me- I mean, I don't think this disaster job is exactly GOING AWAY, but they may have filled my slot by now or something... and who knows, maybe they want to send me to, like, wildfires in Upper Wolf's Ass, Montana or something.

We'll see.
