Bad news good news

camwynBad news: I am not going to the city tonight after all. Neither am I going to be able to audition for Steve Irwin in person on November 15th.
Good news: this is because I just got the call. I am going to California to work as a Disaster Computer Operations specialist on the California wildfires. Most likely I'll be operating out of the San Diego chapter for three weeks, as the computer people are nearly always assigned to job headquarters. Tonight I must do laundry and clean up my room as much as humanly possible, hence no parade. Ah, well. I can deal.
So who's up for a fecking long bus ride to see me?
