Oct. 16th, 2013 10:37 amdear ISP:
next time you send us an email on the 11th saying there will be ISP maintenance for about three hours on midnight American Eastern time of the 17th, perhaps you should consider not starting that maintenance at 11:50 PM American Eastern time of Tuesday the 15th and proclaiming it finished at 2:50 AM American Eastern time of Wednesday the 16th.
the troubleshooting we have spent the past two hours doing is as much as I am able to do. send your people now. the office will continue on our other line until you fix whatever is causing your line not to speak to my side of things any more, but I am not happy about this.
thank you.
