Stayed w/my parents last night as the wind was gusting too high for Mom to feel safe driving. She drove me to Hoboken today in time for me to clean up and go to work. Apartment is okay, cats are okay (thank God!), and I'm at the office.
Every sump I passed in Hoboken was operating full tilt, except for one- at least, I'm assuming the non-functional pipe I saw sticking out of the side of the SCUBA school was a sump.
Will be contacting the city emergency office to see if any kind of recovery volunteers are needed. May just volunteer for ambulance shifts this week.
