(no subject)

Okay, this is two key lime pies I've made now. If I'm going to make any more, I need to buy a citrus zester. Yes, it's one more thing to clutter up the drawer and no, it doesn't have that many other applications, but the Microplane grater that I used for the limes? Does not make my knuckles happy.

I know. It's minor and stupid and such a first world problem that it's not even worth complaining about, given everything going on in the Middle East and Japan and the Pacific Islands and the rest of the world. I know. But sometimes... sometimes, I just kvetch.

(And for what it's worth it was a really good pie.)
