(no subject)

Did pushups for the first time in a while last night. Since I was already tired (in the need-more-sleep sense, not the overworked-muscle sense) I stopped after 22/22/30/30/24. This is a ridiculously low number given that it's supposed to be 22/22/30/30/24/24/18/18/as many as you can. I have not been doing my pushups much since the stair climb; clearly I need to get back into practice.

At the moment there's not that much else to report, but I wanted to post that to remind myself what I have to do.
