Did some more cartoon scribbling.

( Didn't have Watterson open in front of me this time, but I think the style's still sort of there. )

I will be working on more of this later, but for now-

This is the bit of the next Hellblazer: Hogwarts chapter that I wrote on the plane to Texas. I didn't write more than this while I was on the Katrina job because I didn't think it would be healthy for my brain, but I have some more saved on disk, and I'll be doing more later today. It's time and more than time.

Got more than that but I'm going to be working on it more today and then running the whole lot past betas. Thought I should drop some of it where it could be seen, though.

Went to Target. Target is 1.4 miles away and on the other side of the entrance to the Holland Tunnel. Bought:

half gallon milk
half gallon juice
tuna for cats
cargo straps
cheese straws
mac & cheese mix (Annie's)
Litter Maid Plus self cleaning cat box

and maybe one or two other things, I forget.

The straps proved sufficient indeed to the task. Despite the fact that the cat box is wider than, oh, the cushions on my couch, I got it and the rest of the cargo home safe and sound. I took pictures and they will be posted later, after I have bought kitty litter to fill the box.

Far as I'm concerned, Wanda is a sport utility vehicle, in all the ways that matter in a city this size.
