One of my users was having IE slowness. When I checked, there were multiple IE processes running in the background that couldn't be killed. Some kind of redirector or something- I never got an ID on the original code, but between rkill and combofix we got 90% of it dealt with. The remainder was some registry cleanup.

Still annoys me, though.
