I gotta build me a few of those when I have the time, the money and residence in a place that has Ikea.

The price tag for that item is low enough that a hobbyist with a moderately low income could start building them and networking them together to come up with a pretty cool home array "supercomputer".

I went looking for the prices of the individual components on eBay. The mobos cost about $130 American each with $10 shipping and handling; the Seagate drives he describes were going for around $40, but those were ordinary auctions, not Buy It Now!, and I don't know how they'll end.

My mom needs something to replace her crapola laptop. Hm.
