Some days the serious news is just painful to look at. Therefore I offer this instead:

Farmers in eastern China has have been left perplexed after their watermelon crops began to explode one by one.

You don't often see legitimate news sources use sentences like "Agriculture experts were unable to explain why chemical-free melons were exploding."

By the standards that seem to be employed by the Chinese government, 'chemical free' seems to mean 'will not cause your unborn offspring's limb count to increase or decrease by more than one if consumed during pregnancy'.
