I have decided that I would like to pass the standards for my current age group on the US Army Physical Fitness Test by my next birthday. That means I have until early May to get to a point of doing around 45 pushups in two minutes, 76 situps in two minutes and then running two miles in twenty minutes or less. Should be interesting. No, I'm not planning on joining the military. It's just a set of numbers that looks like something good to aim for.
I don't know what my current number of pushups in two minutes is. I don't usually time anything other than the rest breaks between sets. I'll have to see what my results look like next time, and when I do situps again.
