Feb. 15th, 2011 09:25 pmOkay, today's workout didn't go so good. 45, 55, 35, 30... 15. *sigh* I don't think it was a failure of willpower this time, though. I only did the last 15 because of willpower- I was thisclose to giving up after the last 30. I went about the last set with the intention of doing as many as I could as quickly as I could before something gave out. I think I was planning on 20, but at 14 my arms started shaking and on 15 I knew I wasn't going to be able to get another one in.
