Jan. 7th, 2011 07:52 amStarted on the hundred pushups workout yesterday with a first-day exhaustion test. I didn't do pushups until I got to the point of unable to try again, but I did go to the point of 'my arms are hurting and my form is starting to get bad', and that point was 25 pushups. Which, moderately respectable given that I haven't done actual pushups in a dog's age. On Sunday I begin the week 1 workout. Tonight, I do the stairs; I'm slated for basement to 40th floor today.
