Started on the hundred pushups workout yesterday with a first-day exhaustion test. I didn't do pushups until I got to the point of unable to try again, but I did go to the point of 'my arms are hurting and my form is starting to get bad', and that point was 25 pushups. Which, moderately respectable given that I haven't done actual pushups in a dog's age. On Sunday I begin the week 1 workout. Tonight, I do the stairs; I'm slated for basement to 40th floor today.

I sort of made five, but my form was crappy from the first. *is in HORRIBLE shape* But then I did do 30 squats, so I don't feel quite so bad. The legs still have strength, and I've known for a while that I needed to work on my core body strength.
