Feeling better, but still coughing. Managed to pull something in my back yesterday with the coughing, so I decided it was time for the big guns. NyQuil, the nighttime sniffling sneezing coughing runny nose wake up on the bathroom floor where you took it medicine. Bought it in caplet form so I didn't take the wrong amount. Got to sleep reasonably well, and I'm at work today, with DayQuil as an assist.

I hate having to rely on drugs for stuff but honestly, I'm just so tired of the coughing fits and post nasal drip, and I don't feel any other symptoms that make me think it's something that needs to go to a doctor. If I do, I'll go. I promise.

I think it's all my time in the Army. One thing I don't try to ride out is a cold--Nyquil from day one!!

However, this one (if you have what I have) is a nasty one, and I'm beginning to suspect I might need to get some antibiotics because this is beginning to feel like a full on sinus infection. :c

If it's the one I picked up in the UK in October, it'll take a while to get rid of. Mine got better for a while, then deepened into bronchitis, and is finally better enough that I no longer feel like my occasional cough and post-nasal drip are illness, just run-of-the-mill allergies now.
