Yep. I thought I vaguely recognized the name in the credits, but I had to look it up on IMDB afterwards- it's very definitely the same actor. Mind you, this isn't the first video game he's done lately, but his character in Mass Effect 2 was a hard-bitten security chief on a space station rather than a moderately agoraphobic frontier doctor who never leaves his house.
