VPI says they got Shula's medical history and have forwarded it to the underwriters and now they're reviewing the claim and bla bla blee bloo thirty day time frame before they have to give me an answer on how much they're going to pay back, etc.

Watch, they're going to say they found something that indicates they shouldn't have insured him in the first place, here's $5 for the part where you took him to the vet, so sorry, have a nice day.
