Used books of 1922.
Sep. 24th, 2010 04:02 pmDoes anyone out there know where I can lay my hands on a copy of The Outbreak on the Witwatersrand, March, 1922, book by Capt. William Urquhart? It was a hundred-page book published by Hortors, Ltd. in Johannesburg. There's an OpenLibrary page for it, but I can't find any copies on AbeBooks or any of the other used book services- including one I found that searches South African bookstores.
I would settle for a university library or other library that would allow me to borrow a copy for a time.
Thanks.

In case the link doesn't show, the nearest copy is at Yale, then Johns Hopkins, then Northwestern. You can maybe InterLibrary Loan from your local library?
Hope this helps!!
