camwynSo I get up at six and am out of the house by 6:30 to be on a bus that will get me to the office by 7:30 guaranteed. Okay, fine, I consider this mildly gross o'clock, but I can do this, I'm gonna sit back on the bus and listen to Skullcrusher Mountain and The Device Has Been-

DUDE. You do not get to have a tech support problem at 6:55 AM when I've got to be in the office by 7:30! What the hell, why are you even IN the office this early??
... turns out the guy's default printer was set to Microsoft XPS File and he couldn't figure out how to set the default to an actual physical printer. BUT STILL.
