Jun. 23rd, 2009 05:31 pmIt's been a week and a half of ARRHGHGHGHGHAWHGHSJKDHSLDGH WHY FOR IS THE BLACKBERRY SERVICE NOT WORKING over here. I've been going nuts working with Research in Motion to put things right, or to at least eliminate this or that item that was wrong. Today, we finally got it to work.
I wish I could say that I celebrated getting it fixed by saying something inspirational and cheerful but honestly, my response to seeing it all work was "I! AM! MEGATRON!!"
... yeah.

Date: 2009-06-24 01:10 pm (UTC)The client was displeased...they assumed that since they'd had blackberries before it would just be a fire them up and go process. They were moving from Gen 1 devices that they didn't use a quarter the functionality of, to gen 5 devices that were fully integrated into their environment...once they saw what the new ones could do over the old ones, they were alot happier. But jeeze it was a pain. A 45 page "Here's what you have to do to PREPARE to install our software" before you even install and configure it?
