Prosecution. We file into the court room, I'm in seat #1 same as yesterday, the other fifteen jurors are in the box beside me, the other fifty or so jurors are seated in the back, the judge explains how this works, and the US attorneys very solemnly announce that they wish to use their first free strike to get rid of juror #1.
I'm guessing drug prosecutors get twitchy when someone says they support Amnesty International during the 'what are your hobbies and what kind of volunteer stuff do you do' questioning sequence.
