Apr. 2nd, 2009 12:16 pmUpdate on the Comcast situation: after being contacted by their representative, and being put in touch with the right departments, I have now been told that my line was disconnected on the outside of the building this morning and that the amount charged is being refunded to my bank card. It is supposed to appear on the card within 48 business hours.
