Dear anxiety over not doing enough at work, over not doing enough at home, over being lazy in my personal life, over promising one thing and doing another, over living up to other people's expectations and then living up to my own, over injuries healing or not, over everything else... stop it. I'm going on vacation at the end of this week and I'm going to spend that time not doing anything that I'm obligated to, because I've been working plenty and deserve a chance to get a breather, and just because people are always going to be asking for stuff doesn't mean I always have to be the one to give it.

Now stop it, before we hyperventilate in the office.
