17 miles total today. While wearing the backpack and carrying the chain. Booyah.

Also, I'm sunburned along the tops of my arms and on my shoulders. need new sunscreen.

I'm training for a hundred-mile ride on the 21st. I figure if I can't get in as much distance as I'd like, I might as well make the distance that I do get as difficult as I can without causing myself physical harm. That way, when I do the real thing, it'll count for more.
