I'm a benevolent dictator. That's the whole point of my conquests. I make the people I've conquered want to stay mine. First I pacify them, then I make them genuinely happy, then I make them productive parts of my empire. I can totally do that, with the peanutbutter cups and a two-bedroom apartment with a southern exposure and central a/c and heat.
