Sep. 17th, 2007 08:36 amI work in a building in Manhattan that has its basement entrance attached directly to the NYC Subway. This is convenient, after a fashion; once I've stepped onto the first stair of the PATH station nearest my apartment, I don't have to brave the outside weather until I leave work at the end of the day. Plus, it gives me access to the entire Rockefeller Center underground concourse when I have to do gift shopping. This is good.
What is maybe not so good is that the company that owns my building is, well, Fox. I could deal with this if it weren't for the fact that they usually spend about a month or two advertising the Movie of the Moment on a big ol' poster at the bottom of the escalators between my building and the subway level.
And right now the big ol' poster is for You Really Shouldn't Have Sold The Rights Back In The 1980's, Ms. Cooper.
*sigh*
