Hip holster currently holds my cell phone, my BlackBerry, my iPod, some loose singles, my wallet, a multi-tool shaped like a key, my lipsunscreen thing, and my D*C ticket.

Camo trousers with cargo pocketses currently don't hold much except cash for the car service and a HeadShot foodlike substance bar. I have 512 megs of storage around my neck along with a whistle. My backpack is packed and on the floor behind me. So is the bag containing the Socks of Rassilon project, my Jayne hat, some random yarn, The Gods Of The Greeks, Copeland Marks' Indian and Chinese Cooking From Along The Himalayan Rim, and some writing implements. So's the laptop I borrowed from work, and the CSI: Arkham hat.

I'm good to go.

sl;dkjfsldfj. All my actual luggage - things like clothes and other Necessities - fit into a space easily small enough for a bitty carry-on. And yet my suitcase is... well, a Big Damn Suitcase, because ONCE AGAIN, I have let people convince me that yes, I SHOULD bring a costume, and ONCE AGAIN, components of said costume are just... just so damn big and/or heavy.

And I have the Backback of the Beast, containing said Beast, it's suckling teat, some reading materiel, the psiPod, the MicroBeast, chargers, some special security apparatchiks, and my housekeys.

The Big Bag containeth lots of clothing, the Recorders, the Ablutions Suite, the Chiller of the Beast, and a few surprises.

And I'm on the bus to Manhattan now, thence to Newark and my plane.
