Formed from the merger of two colleges in the city of Bath. I'm not sure whether the Spa part indicates that one of the colleges was named Spa (one of them was Bath College) or whether it's a bad joke on the order of the Culinary Institute of America establishing a subsidiary school called the Food and Beverage Institute.

I think I saw the same thing in the flesh (wool?) last year, at a knitting and stitching show. I thought it looked more like a Ferrari-cosy than an actual Ferrari, mind you.
