Memo to self: when buying a gamemaster screen for Call of Cthulhu, check to make sure it is not d20 first. Looks like I'm gonna have to make a return at Stratetgist today.

On the bright side I got the Yog-Sothoth book I'd been wanting, and when I was on Chaosium's web site I ordered an Innsmouth Emergency Medical Services T-shirt. They've never lost a patient permanently yet!

.... yeah, I know, I haven't done any particularly good or insightful or even interesting entries lately. My apologies. There will be better soon, honestly. Possibly once the lawsuit of yuck's discovery phase is over and I am no longer smouldering with generic rage.

<3 CoC Rules. I have the Mountains of Madness Campaign book...they put a HELL of a lot of work into that one, I have piles of books that are smaller :) Can't ever get anyone to play though, all folks around here want is D&D and Shadowrun :P

You might also be interested in Delta Green (http://www.deltagreen.com) which is an overlay for CoC that is kinda like X-files meets Cthulhu :) All around fun if you're into modern campaigns, also ports well to WW2 era.

Correction, that link was for the on-hold computer game. The sourcebooks are and such are from http://www.delta-green.com/home.html

I'll add my thumb's up re: Delta Green too, Cam. They've done two major sourcebooks for it, and both are excellent. Though also a bit overwhelming because there is SO MUCH good stuff in them.

I've got the book and the GM's screen/handouts pack, brand new condition. Let me know if you're interested.

Nope. Totally lacking in d20.

Of course, it is also totally lacking in being somewhere sensible like on the shelf. I shall have to dig it out of the RPG box in the storage locker.

As I don't actually have ACCESS to this locker... it might take me a week.

But I know I still have it, so. Will get on that post haste.

Okay, I have decided to charge you for this gift.

The price? One phone-photo of it being guarded by Herbert, once you get it. Please? *bats eyelashes*

Hee. You said "smouldering with generic rage." That's from my favoritest Penny Arcade Ever.

You don't like D20? How come?

Not that I'm completely in love with the system and must rush to it's defense or anything, I'm just wondering.

Ah, okay! What systems have you used, if you don't mind me asking?
