This time I had to take the computer back, they're closing down. Two days after I set up, mind you. I didn't mind going out there, I liked being out of the office and I ESPECIALLY liked being alone- you try working 11-hour shifts with the same four or five people in a very small space and see how congenial YOU are - but I'm about ready to go home, I think. Next week. Next week. 24 July I'm outprocessing, so 25 July I'm probably flying home. (Maybe the evening of 24 July if the Gods are very kind, but I doubt it.)

Tomorrow is my day off. I'm seeing a few museum visits - the Buckhorn Museum and Saloon (I swear that's what the mapping software calls it) has dinosaurs in it, and there's a wax museum and a Ripley's Believe It Or Not in Alamo Plaza - and then maybe back to the zoo. There's some critters there I very much want to see when they're not asleep in the noonday sun.

I'm ready to go home. Hey, cadhla? is there gonna be Game on 25 July? It's a Thursday, but you'll still be in Minn., right? I'm just wondering. I could sure use it.
