Mr. Spengler,

I hope you will forgive my asking you this directly despite being only passing familiar with your work, but it is of deep importance. Have you had the opportunity to determine whether PKE and related phenomena behave differently outside the scope of this planet's atmosphere? If there is a difference, have you any theories that you'd be willing to share as to its origin and nature?

In all my travels, this planet is proving the strangest and most irritating, not to mention the least inclined to let me back off of it. However, since it's so fascinating a place, I'm half inclined to remain and continue studying it. There may well be some fascinating history behind what is and is not currently feasible here.

Yours in scholarly frustration,

    Ash Dromsen, Jedi Knight

Unfortunately I've never had the opportunity to leave atmosphere for that sort of research. The best I can offer is a set of readings I managed to obtain some time ago on some potentially extraterrestrial entities in the more remote portions of Vermont, but there's nothing conclusive beyond that. I'm sorry.

If you have some form of alternate opportunity I would be more than happy to lend assistance in the comparative study of off-world and on-world psychokinetic phenomena.
