Woo! I found one of the souvenirs from Baton Rouge that I thought I'd lost- well, to be more accurate, a souvenir from Breaux Bridge, LA. It's a bottle of Cajun garlic sauce that I bought at Mulate's, which bills itself as The Original Cajun Restaurant. Their catfish with etouffeé sauce is wonderful stuff. If you ever have to drive along Interstate 10 between Lafayette and Baton Rouge, do yourself a favour and stop there- and bring a business card to pin to the ceiling.
