Over in customers_suck a hotel employee told me that with phone reservations, Travelocity, Expedia and god knows what else, reservations get fuxxored all the damn time.
I imagine it's only worse up North.
Yes, I've lived in Florida for years now and it's still odd to call Louisiana, George etc. North. Because my brain is unable to accept change.
