camwynMom says the operation is scheduled for 9:30 tomorrow morning, and the doctors don't think it'll take long. If all goes as planned- I do not know that I can say 'well'- Grandpa will be back in his nursing home by Saturday.
Meh.
On a completely unrelated note, I got into the office this morning and was greeted by 'did you hear about the worm, did you, did you, it's all over ABC's computers, it was on the news'. My response: "Didn't have the news on last night."
But I did have a bit of a warm glow in my heart because I had told every single Win2k user in the office to patch themselves ASAP the day the "EEEEE THERE ARE HOLES NOOOOOOO!" news came out from Microsoft. And they did.
I'm pleased.
