Today's plan:
- Get bike down stairs
- Ride to nearest Duane Reade, buy cheap plastic canteen*
- Get to Newport Ferry and ride it to 38th St pier
- Go to Chelsea Bikes and get parts installed on bike**
- Possibly get headlight/tail light installed on bike too***
- Get supplementary chain lock for bike
- Ride from Chelsea Bikes over to Hudson River Park
- Up to 57th or 72nd
- Across to Central Park
- Around full Central Park loop including "Cardiac Hill"
- Wibble my way to the Downtown Boathouse
- 20 minutes' kayaking
- Back up to 38th St.
- Back to Newport on the ferry
- Stop at supermarket for dinner easily made by someone going "AGH THERE GOES MY GLYCOGEN"
- Home
- Make dinner
- Attempt to write, draw or knit- something like that
*I left mine at my parents' house yesterday
**I have tried like anything to get that bedamned screw to come loose and no Allen wrench or large screwdriver will do the trick; I'd use my dad's power screwdriver but he's off to West Virginia for a week
***Or not, since I could just as easily buy a cheaop one at Modell's and install it myself- we'll see
