camwynMemo to self: next time you travel to Wappingers Falls by car (hopefully never, since MetroNorth = so much easier), get directions BACK as well as directions TO. We went twenty five miles in the wrong direction before finding our way back to roads we recognised and it almost cost us the chance to skate with the Club. I mean, honestly... it's nice that the town names were familiar, but it would have been better if you'd memorised their ORDER so that we knew we were going in the wrong direction BEFORE we got to the sign for Scranton.
As it stands, I did get to the city a little late and had to stick my car in a garage for $17 for like an HOUR but at least I caught up with the skate club. Didn't do Cardiac Hill this week. Next week maybe. Also next week I go with the club to dinner, not run out on them.
