Shiny Pants Lady Done today in something like five minutes, maybe a little less, this was sketched in Washington Square Park. I would have done more work on it, but the woman left before I got very far. She's wearing a white tube top or white halter top- I never saw her from the front, but there was a white strap visible around her neck at one point- and a pair of shiny black pants.
