Detritus is back at Milliways. Sorry it took me so long to resume.

Side note: for some reason I can mentally hear British accents for pretty well everyone in Ankh-Morpork, even the golems, but Detritus comes out sounding American. Possibly because it's really, really hard for me to mangle the English language the way he does and switch accents; I couldn't really 'hear' Hagrid's accent either until I heard Robbie Coltrane in the part.

You get a really good idea of it when Terry Pratchett reads it. He did a bit from "Jingo" at a DragonCon a while back and a friend of mine taped it. Detritus sounds like an Eastender dockworker.
