Words about you? Okay. We start with 'holy crap, it's like looking into a mirror, only the mirror is rendering everything in text'. I don't think I ever have to explain stuff to you for the sake of understanding- comprehension maybe, just because we don't always have the same set of facts in our heads, but not understanding. It's been a long time since I met someone, online or off, whose thought processes were so damn similar to mine. It's very cool. And yeah, I know that comes off sounding frelling egotistical on my part, but it's late and I'm tired and saying anything else about easy conversation and simpatico would start sounding weird in my current mental state. Also, I admire your convictions and your ability to stick with 'em, particularly the social-justice stuff, and also the veganism- I like my meat and my cheese, but I've given up meat and other things that require animals to die for Lent for several years now and I know how hard it can be to stick to that.

The song for you, methinks, is "The Last Saskatchewan Pirate" by the Arrogant Worms. It's the first song I ever sang in front of people since high school where I didn't get told 'er, why don't you sing quietly in the back, dear'; it went over really well at the housefilk where I sang. And it's insane, and you being the other half of my brain and all, I assure you that you will appreciate it. Also I can no longer go into GNC and buy an energy drink without thinking of you because they carry THE PUNISHER ENERGY WATER DRINK, dammit. This is to you what a bottle marked 'Liquid Canada' would be to me.
