Got the chapter outline done.

I'm pushing my brain back into Hellblazer: Hogwarts mode one step at a time. First the John Sim, then the right music, then the outline for the chapter... I've actually got one or two pages of this chapter pre-written, but I'm not feeling quite surly enough RL at the moment to write John properly. Soon, though.
