Today I went to the comic book store and hung out for quite some time, cheerfully blithering with the fellow who worked there - and two or three other people - about gaming, the current Mage game I'm in, and the state of comics today. Dunno how much that affected my creative impulses, but I went home and did some sketching and scanning. The result is that scribbles I did instead of paying attention in class last year are now available for perusal at my web site, along with a *truly* inexplicable rendition of Fang, my Akashic's uncle... In other news, the comic store trip resulted in three purchases: the new issue of Groo: Death and Taxes, a copy of Frumpy the Clown, and a copy of League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. I sincerely hope no one ever tries to rope me into a standard Mage game, because I may have some trouble adjusting to the setting after wandering through this and Girl Genius to get a proper feel for Seanan's game.
