Currently having some trouble with my megaloceros email account. I've had it hosted at Google for ages and at some point in the past I seem to have clicked on 'why yes I"d love to try this Google Workspace thing, let me see what the free account is like'. When I started getting emails saying 'only 21 days left to set up SUPER AWESOME WORKSPACE!!!' I ignored them because I thought they were trying to upsell something paid, and that the time limit was before they jacked up the prices. Nope. Turns out it was 'if you don't convert your free account to a paid one by this time we're turning off your access to anything that has Workspace associations involved', which amounts to Google Translate and my megaloceros emails, for me.

I'm currently trying to get admin access back so I can get into the control panel long enough to download my existing emails. After that I'm going to move my email hosting to tutanota, where I already have an account; turns out that paid accounts at tutanota can host email for one mailbox at a custom domain. In the meantime, direct emails to camwyn at megaloceros are going to bounce.

I got my megaloceros account back.

Probably going to move it to tutanota in the next week. Might move my Crowmark Creations account, too, but that's a case of getting myself a new mailbox and redirecting all links to the new address rather than changing domain records.

I should see if Protonmail offers hosting options.
