The sheer number of sewing patterns for women's clothes at the majority of sites vs. the pathetically tiny number of patterns for men is always a little sad. (I tried looking for men's patterns at Joann once. Mostly what I found was cosplay patterns, followed by pajama patterns and the occasional bit of outerwear.)
On the other hand, there is something kinda disturbing about their one pattern for athletic tights/leggings specifically for men being called 'Mandex'.
(and I had to make a willpower roll not to yell WEAR A DANCE BELT when I saw the picture. these are workout tights, not a superhero costume; the model is wearing these... Mandex... in the manner in which they would be used on a daily basis, and so is under no obligation to wear anything other than standard men's exercise underwear.)
