Today on People Are Looking For That:

One community center membership card, dropped face-down in a narrow space between the turnstile and the iron fence at my T station, on the city-bound side. I can only assume that people are using their wallets to hold their T passes and cards fall out when they do so, only to be missed in the surge of people coming off the bus/coming off the train.

I'm mailing this one back to the community center; I phoned the number on the card and the woman who answered said to mark it to her attention.
