Mar. 11th, 2011 08:04 amHaven't done much exercise this week, just stairs on Tuesday. When I go home tonight it's either squats or pushups. Probably pushups. My heel still hurts, although somewhat less. I may have a doctor look at it if there's still a problem in a day or two.
I'm going to get back on track this weekend/coming week. I can do this.
