(no subject)

Today I have an earworm. Normally I get rid of these by mentally going over the song start to finish. Slight problem: today's earworm is the Japanese language version of "What's This?" from Nightmare Before Christmas, and I don't know it well enough to flush it out, so I'm stuck with some Japanese dude singing in my head until I can get home and purge it.

It's been a long two weeks at work. Things are getting better now but it's been tough to do/come up with anything creative, which is why I've been fairly quiet here for a while. Hopefully I should have some more material for you soon. Also I should be able to do more pushups/stairs this evening before going home.

Week five, day three. 20, 20, 24, 24, 20, 20, 22n as many as you can manage but at least 50.

My last set of pushups today was 52. And then I did 29th floor to 45th and then down again. Fun fact: my eyebrows apparently know how to sweat now. Go me.

Word of advice: if your shirt has a reasonably good sports bra built into it, chances are that wearing said shirt over an independent sports bra of similarly reasonable quality will only make your breathing harder with no significant increase in support or other underwear measures of performance. It's not worth it. Just sayin'.
