Feb. 1st, 2011 08:33 pmDid week 5, day 2, column 3. Final set of pushups was 46. By the end I was running almost entirely on willpower and sweat. Pretty sure WP is the determining factor here rather than actual strength or endurance but I am not going to complain.
Tomorrow is a stairs day. Basement to 45 again, and then back down. Climb to the Top is at the end of the month and I intend to pull it off respectably.
