(no subject)

Yesterday was one of those days that started off well and wound up becoming nerve-wracking and just plain not all that good by the time I got to leave the office. Today I am going to take things as easy as I can and concentrate on a) doing exactly what I have to do without worrying about it, b) allowing myself a measured amount of dinking around time as I go so as to release stress in small amounts during the day, and c) not consuming any caffeine.

It helps that it's drizzly and grey outside, and cool. Yesterday the air was heavy and warm and nasty stuff clung to the skin; I suspect it was being pushed ahead of the rain. That kind of weather bothers me.

We'll see how I do today.
