Jun. 3rd, 2005 08:47 amWent out with Empire Skate last night. Apparently the Central Park loop is something like 12 miles. Not sure if this includes Cardiac Hill or not. I have some trouble believing it's actually that many miles for some reason- it doesn't seem like that far and I had always thought it was more like 6 or 7 miles. Then again, I used to cover Green Village Road to Morristown, a distance of about 5 or 6 miles if I remember aright, in half an hour if I gave it any kind of decent effort- and it does take us around an hour to finish the Central Park loop. This may explain why I feel so muscle-tired on Thursday nights (as opposed to the tired one gets when one merely has not slept enough).
I'm probably going to be visiting my parents tomorrow to get my mother's computer working properly again. Anything that requires a password or SSL of any kind seems to be shot thanks to the spyware removal and a viral infection. Hopefully I can get into Manhattan for some kayak time first...
